A LETTER TO CUSTOMERS
Dear sweetbites Friends,
It is with both excitement and some sadness that I am writing to announce that after 8 years in retail, sweetbites will be closing its storefront effective September 30, 2020. I have decided to sharpen my focus on custom wedding, celebration cakes and desserts.
This was not a decision made lightly. I truly feel that this change will allow me to shift more attention to the customization aspect that started sweetbites. I have always been honoured to be a delicious part of your celebrations big and small and I look forward to continuing to be a part of your joyful events in the future.
I have loved meeting new friends and becoming part of your day to day routine and family outings. I will deeply miss seeing the regulars who would pop in for their fix and hope that these valued relationships will continue as I renew my focus.
I would like to offer my heartfelt thanks. Thank you to our wonderful customers who continued to enjoy our treats for your celebrations big and small. Thank you to all my supportive neighbours who have always shared their kindness, advice and friendship. Thank you to my amazing team members who jumped in feet first with my small business and became a part of the sweetbites family through and through. With the support of all of you, the journey has been that much more enjoyable and exciting and I look forward to the next phase of my adventure.
I look forward to focusing on custom wedding and celebration cakes and treats. However most of all, I very much look forward to enjoying a little more quality time with my family. I truly hope that this isn’t good-bye, but rather, a see you again soon.
