Our signature chocolate cake has layers of dark, moist chocolate cake layered and filled with our fluffy chocolate buttercream. This cake is rich with chocolate flavour, perfect for the chocolate lover.
COOKIES AND CREAM
Signature Cake Flavour
Moist vanilla cake baked with chocolate cookie crumbs, layered between a cookie filled frosting. The outside is finished with a cookie crumb frosting, poured ganache and a crown of Oreo cookies.
COCONUT CLOUD

Filled with coconut flavour, our coconut cake is layered with a coconut custard and finished with a vanilla buttercream covered with sweet shredded coconut.
RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE

Our signature chocolate cake layered with a vanilla graham crumb buttercream. The outside is finished as a Naked Cake – a light coat of graham crumb buttercream, topped with a toasted marshmallow meringue and chocolate chunks and graham cracker pieces.
LEMON RASPBERRY

Our lemon raspberry cake is a version of our popular Pucker Up Pinkie cupcake. Moist lemony cake layers filled with two layers of lemon-raspberry buttercream and a layer of our homemade lemon curd. The outside is finished with lemon-raspberry buttercream and a petal drop design on top.

SALTED CARAMEL TOFFEE
This is the perfect cake for those who love a decadent cake but want a delicious alternative to chocolate. Our classic vanilla cake filled with a homemade salted caramel buttercream studded with our homemade toffee chips and a drizzle of caramel. It’s then finished with chunks of sweetbites homemade English toffee, more caramel and a dusting of edible gold leaf.
CARROT CAKE
One of our most popular cakes sweetbites since we introduced the “What’s Up Doc” cupcake! A rich moist carrot cake filled with coconut, raisins and pineapple, layered with a light cream cheese buttercream.
BANANA CHOCOLATE CAKE
Four layers of rich banana chocolate chip cake filled with our chocolate fudge frosting. It’s then topped with a chocolate buttercream and poured chocolate ganache with a crown of banana chips.
COCONUT LEMON
A tropical cake filled with fresh flavour, our coconut cake is filled with alternate layers of our homemade lemon curd and coconut frosting. Finished with vanilla frosting covered with shredded coconut.
RED VELVET
A traditional southern classic, our red velvet cake doesn’t sway from the original. Moist velvety cake layered with a cream cheese frosting.
MELLOW YELLOW
For a refreshing and rich cake, our lemon cake is layered with our homemade lemon curd and finished with a lemony buttercream. The top of the cake is finished with a piped ruffle top.
CAKE SERVING SIZE & PRICING
All of our round bake shoppe cakes are four layers of cake and three layers of filling. Slab cakes are two layers of cake and one layer of filling. Signature and Premium cakes have the same number of servings. Any changes to the signature design will incur extra charges. Orders must be placed a minimum of 5 days in advance.
